 Note, there are many different part numbers, but the units are the same.

 Typical Faults

-Pixels missing, a line of pixels missing or even the screen has completely smashed. The whole screen gets replaced. (Does not include the controls/buttons facia or the back of the front panel).

 How We Will Repair

The units will have a brand new screen replaced. Not only will this get rid of any damage on the previous screen, but also get rid of dead pixels. The display will also slightly improve due to it being new, as old screens can sometimes start looking dull.

Auto Dim Function Not Working?
This is a fault we have started noticing. Over time the sensors go faulty, meaning you are stuck on one brightness, which can sometimes be dark. To test your monitor, place your finger over the bottom of the monitor, where there is a little glass sensor. The screen should go darker, and when you release, it should brighten up.
