Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Item damaged whilst fitting
  • Item has damage from dropping on the floor
  • If monitor, if there are scratches
  • Item was fitted to a wrong car or a car with a short, which caused the unit to go faulty. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement or PayPal, depending on your Bank company and type of PayPal account you have. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@carphonics.co.uk and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
